I was referred to Pat by a mutual friend. Right away, after meeting Pat, I knew I was going to love working with her! Pat was so informative every step of the way and really helped guide me through the whole process. From viewing potential homes all the way through closing, Pat was up to date on everything going on with my purchase and always made sure everything was right on track. My purchase happened within 30 days, from offer to closing and over the Thanksgiving holiday. Things could have been so stressful but it could not have gone more smoothly.
